The humans behind it

Hi, it's USSSS!!

Two people, two pharmacy degrees, one big idea and a whole lot of voice notes. This is the story of who's building Recompose, and why we care so much about the part of transformation nobody talks about.

Meet Yashika.

Yashika Singhpeople-first ♡hype girllong voice notes 🎙warm + softbased in India 🇮🇳
Co-Founder & Your Hype Girl

I think the easiest way to explain me is… I'm very people-first. And I care a lot.

Like a lot a lot.

About people. About energy. About how women feel in themselves, about how a girl adjusts her clothes before sitting down or deletes the photo after everyone else says she looks good. Coming from a pharmacy background, I'm also fascinated about the emotional side of transformation, because changing your body changes how you show up, how you see yourself, and sometimes even how you speak to yourself.

And that's the warm, supportive energy I bring into Recompose.

Outside of building Recompose, I'm usually sending unnecessarily long voice notes, overthinking tiny interactions, or dreaming up big ideas. I seem a little “idgaf” at first, but I care deeply, remember the little things, and will probably be your biggest cheerleader when you least expect it.

Also, a little fun fact: Nitin and I are building Recompose long-distance between India and the UK, so you can understand how chaotic our business calls are.

So if you're here, hi ♡

You're very welcome here.

Meet Nitin.

Co-Founder & The "Let's Just Do It" Guy

If you meet me in person, there's a good chance I'll end up talking about fitness within the first 10 minutes.

Not in the annoying gym-guy way though. More in the “getting in shape isn't just about looking better, it's about feeling more like yourself again” kind of way.

Funny thing is, I wasn't always the fit guy. I used to be overweight and got bullied for it too. What started as desperation eventually became something I genuinely loved. Over the last 9 years, fitness has taught me a lot about consistency, science, and understanding how the body actually works.

Which is probably why my brain lives somewhere between fitness, science, strategy, numbers, and “okay cool… let's test it.”

I'm also the spontaneous one between me and Yashika. Very “start the idea,” “book the ticket,” and “we'll figure it out” energy. Most of our days are spent building Recompose, having random deep conversations, and sending each other chaotic messages that start with: “Wait. THIS could actually be huge.”

What matters most to me about Recompose is helping individuals feel supported through the “what now?” part of transformation. Because that's the side of the journey I genuinely care about.

So if you're here, hi!

Glad you found us.

Half our work happens through chaotic voice calls and "wait, THIS is the vibe" texts.

Founder-core, honestly. And every bit of that care goes straight into what we're building for you.

So if you're here, hi
